• Subscription Fees: You agree to pay the subscription fees for the Software and Services as specified in your subscription agreement.
• Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and bank transfers.
• Late Payment Fees: We reserve the right to charge late payment fees for overdue payments.

• Services Performance: We do not warrant that our Services will meet your specific requirements or that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
• Direct Damages: Our liability for direct damages shall be limited to the amount of your subscription fees paid during the preceding 12 months.
• Indirect Damages: We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Termination
• Termination by You: You may terminate your subscription at any time by providing written notice to us.
